We have walk-in coolers,
freezers and a variety of dry storage which can be added to your package. Pricing

What kind of food businesses
work out of Kaladi Kitchens?
We work with various culinary
businesses such as caterers, gourmet cuisine, market vendors, artisans, food truck
operators, CPG product companies, bakers, delivery service food companies and more!
What lease terms do you
offer?
Our lease terms typically
start at 6-month minimum. Shorter-term leases may be available under certain

We have commercial high-temp
dishwasher, hoods, stainless steel tables, walls and more! In each Kaladi Collective
facility, we have 5 work spaces, most spaces include equipments such as gas stove,
convection ovens, grills, prep tables and more! For a list of equipment per

Can customers pick up from
the location?
Of course! As we are not a
store front, we cannot have people coming in and out to pick up orders. However your
customers are more than welcome to pick up at the door!
How long does it take to get
started in the kitchens?
When you are ready to kick
off at Kaladi Collective, we will go over the sign up process with you. Depending on
where you are in food business journey, you can get started in as little as 2 weeks!

Can I do a one time booking?
Yes! If you have a one off
event or need a commercial kitchen space for just a few days, let us know exactly
what you are looking for and we can chat about how we can help you!
What happen if my business
grows and I need more hours during my lease term?
Our flexible pricing is set
up in a way that your business can grow at Kaladi Collective! The more hours you
choose, the less your hourly rate is. Just let us know!
Can I produce dog food or
treats in the kitchens?
No, the commercial food areas
cannot be shared with non-food operations (ie. animal food production,
cannabis-infused foods, alcohol production).
How far in advance can I book
on the online calendar?
You can book as far in
advance as your lease term or even the day of!
What are the guidelines
concerning cleaning?
At Kaladi Collective, we
follow all the rules and regulations put in place by Alberta Health Services. Our
members are given 30 minutes on us after each booking to ensure that the work
station used is cleaned. In addition, we provide all the necessary tools and
products for cleaning, including a high temperature dishwasher, all chemicals
required, disposable cloths, garbage bags, and more! We also have a cleaner on site
weekly to perform deep cleans on collective spaces.
Can I bring my own equipment?
If you would like to bring
any specialty equipment, please let us know the specs and any pertinent details
about the machine when inquiring!
Do you have any kitchens
specifically suited for bakers?
At our SOUTH Calgary
location, we are fully equipped with a kitchen specifically designed with bakers in
mind with an industrial 40qt mixer, proofer, and convectional ovens!
